“We have been using Skyline for at least the past 3 years. We use electronic deadbolts and thermostats that they provide for all of our apartment communities. Maria and her team do a great job at delivering the products when we need them. They are also quick to replace any items that don't work properly. She also does a great job getting the maintenance and management team set up to use and program the system. My favorite aspect of the system is that we can program the entire building to lock the doors and set thermostats during construction. This saves an enormous amount of time and energy. The tenants really like that they can adjust the temperature while they are away from home. It is also useful that they can unlock their door for maintenance from work, so they don't need to take time off to be there to allow someone in.”
